Power Only Loads
Power only loads are for carriers who supply the tractor and driver, while the trailer belongs to the shipper, broker or another carrier. You pick up a pre-loaded or empty trailer, haul it to its destination and drop it – often on a drop-and-hook basis that keeps waiting time low.
Power only is a good fit for owner-operators and small fleets that don't own trailers or want to keep their equipment costs down. It also opens up freight from shippers and brokers who keep their own trailer pools.
This page lists live power only loads across the U.S. Filter by origin, destination and deadhead, pickup date, minimum rate or rate per mile, and broker name or MC number, then contact the broker directly from the load details. Check the load notes for the trailer type you will pull and any requirements, such as insurance for non-owned trailers (trailer interchange). Just Tracking is free for carriers, owner-operators and dispatchers on the web and in the mobile app – no subscription and no credit card.
